Single-cell RNA-seq analysis using Cellenics® - a virtual workshop in collaboration with Dr Mairi Brittan and Bronwyn Berkeley

In collaboration with Dr Mairi Brittan and Bronwyn Berkeley (Centre for Cardiovascular Science), Biomage are organising a virtual workshop on single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Cellenics®.

Cellenics® is a user-friendly, open source scRNA-seq data analysis tool. Biomage host a community instance of Cellenics® that is free for academic researchers.

Date: Tuesday 25th October
Time: 2.30-4.30pm BST

At this virtual workshop you'll hear an introduction to single-cell RNA-seq analysis and gain hands-on experience of analysing a topical SARS-CoV-2 dataset. We'll go from count matrices to publication-ready figures!

After the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to book time with me for 1-2-1 discussion of your single cell projects.

Feel free to pass this information on to colleagues who might be interested. Hope to see you there!
