Join our efforts to support scientific research

We believe in the power of scientific research, and we know that you do too. As you may already know, we are proud to offer the community instance of Cellenics free to academic users. It has been incredibly gratifying to witness the positive impact it is having in the research world, as evidenced by the numerous valuable feedback messages we receive from our users on a daily basis. And the steady increase in usage of the platform we are seeing, which is fueled by user-to-user recommendations, is a further indication of the effectiveness of this software.

Researchers our modern day superheroes – they work hard on advancing science and contribute to the improvement of human health, often with limited financial resources. We are committed to supporting them by providing a free service. This is because we strongly believe that when it comes to making this world a better place, money should not matter.

As a small company, maintaining and improving our open source software requires significant resources. This is why we are asking for your help.

We are launching a donation campaign and you are invited to be a part of it, in proportion to your possibilities and your degree of satisfaction with our work.

Your donation will help us to cover our monthly expenses to run and maintain the Cellenics community instance and continue our support to you and the entire scientific community for free.

If you are able to make a one-time donation or a recurring donation, we would be extremely grateful. You can easily do so by following this link.

We appreciate any contribution you can make – we completely understand that you might not be able to contribute financially.

Don’t worry - there are other valuable ways you can support us!

  • Spread the word so that this message reaches people that can donate. Invite anyone you think might be able to contribute to our mission to improve human health.

  • Take advantage of our consulting services. We offer expertise in single-cell analyses, more general bioinformatics projects, huge datasets analyses, software development, and infrastructure deployment. If you or someone you know could benefit from our consulting services, please spread the word. By using our consulting services, you are not only receiving expert support but also contributing to our efforts to keep Cellenics alive.

  • Contribute to the development of the open source Cellenics project. If you want to be part of the Cellenics open-source development community, please contact us to learn more about how you can contribute. If you know someone who wants to work on open source, tell them about us!

  • Pre-register for our upcoming online course. We are planning an in-depth course on how to analyse single cell RNA-seq data using Cellenics. You can answer the 1-minute poll at this link. By pre-registering and providing feedback, you can help us better understand the demand for this course and ensure that it meets the needs of those who would benefit most from it.

We believe that by working together, we already are making a real difference in the world of research. We really want to continue this. Your help will enable us to keep the community instance of Cellenics alive, and to continue to innovate and improve it by adding new features for the benefit of scientific research.

Thank you for your consideration, and we hope you will join us in this important endeavor.
